We have complied a list of our most asked questions here at Soft Play Nation, however if you can not find an answer to your query then please use our contact form and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Are you VAT registered? No we are not currently VAT registered, therefore the price you see is the price you pay!
Delivery charges? We do not include delivery costs on our products, simply because our products vary widely in size and shipping costs. We do not make any money from shipping, any only the shipping costs are passed on to you. We will always find you the best value shipping and costs will be made clear before your order is accepted. Alternatively you are more than welcome to collect your order once it is ready.
Do you offer finance? We do not currently offer finance on any products, this is due in part to the nature of our product line and the lack of underwriters that will deal with soft play and inflatable products. From time to time we will consider part exchange as part payment on new products.
Can you design and make custom products? We have built a reputation on designing bespoke soft play equipment. If you have the idea, then we have the know how and expertise to turn your ideas in to a wonderful soft play reality. Simply use our contact form and one of the team will be in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can you design art work? We can create any type of art work desired, however a design fee will be charged up front at a rate of £15 per hour. However we make it quite clear that Soft Play Enterprise Limited, Soft Play Nation or any member of staff will not be held liable for work that required a licence. You as the client must gain all relevant licences as we will not acquire these on your behalf.
What materials do you use? We only use the very best in materials for our soft play and inflatable equipment. Typically this will either be coated PVC or Nylon 610gsm, Fire retardant fabric.
What are your warranty terms? All goods are sold and should be in good condition and match the product description. You are free to return your goods for a full refund (minus 20% restocking fee) at your own cost within 30 days. This excludes bespoke equipment. Beyond this period your goods are covered with a return to base warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch.
